Sleep in a Busy World
Helping kids (and ourselves) rest well
November 30, 2026
Virtual
4:30 PM - 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Rewire your rest, one pathway at a time.
Every night, the brain does some of its most important learning work. It strengthens new connections, rebalances the neurotransmitters behind mood and focus, and clears away the byproducts of a busy day. Yet screens, packed schedules, and the steady hum of stress are reshaping how our students and kids sleep, and how we sleep too. The hopeful news is that healthy sleep is something educators, parents, and young people can build together.
In this interactive webinar, we’ll explore current, brain-aligned research on sleep and how it fits the real rhythms of our lives. Through the lens of hope theory, rest becomes a pathway we can design and strengthen, for the children in our care and for ourselves. You’ll leave with practical, realistic strategies to help the people you care about, yourself included, cultivate healthier sleep pathways.

“Neural Ed not only changed the person I am in the classroom and the type of educator that I am, but it changed how I parent. I’m a more patient parent. My daughter is a more regulated human. And her teachers notice a difference, as well. The tools that Neural Ed gave me as an educator have impacted every facet of my life.”
