Neural Education is excited to announce our fall book study.

September 23 - November 18, 2025

For fall 2025, Neural Education’s featured book is:

10 to 25

Join us in a thought-provoking exploration of 10 to 25: The Science of Motivating Young People by David Yeager. Grounded in neuroscience and psychological research, this book illuminates the powerful developmental shifts happening in the adolescent brain and how educators can tap into those shifts to foster deeper motivation, purpose, and persistence in their students.

As we read and reflect together, we’ll consider how identity, autonomy, and purpose shape the way teens engage with learning. We’ll explore practical strategies informed by neuroscience that align with the way adolescents develop, think, and grow. Together, we’ll also challenge some of the long-held beliefs we carry about young people and rethink common challenges in adolescence through a strengths-based, developmental lens, collaborating and translating research into real-world classroom practice.

Whether you're new to the science of teaching and learning or looking to deepen your practice, this study offers a rich opportunity to connect research to the daily work of teaching and to reimagine what’s possible when we teach with the adolescent brain in mind.

Facilitated by Neural Education Champions, Audrey Gallagher and Jen Flo.

This book study dove deeply into the text and made multiple connections to other empowering research that supported and coincided with the book’s content.
